Do All These Prices Really Include Screens, Film Output, and Setup Charges?
Yes as long as the exact same size image can be printed on all size shirts.
May I supply my own artwork?
Yes! Vector Art is the BEST to send us! Common files extensions for this type of file include .ai, .eps, and .cdr . Adobe Illustrator version CS3 or lower (PC or MAC, .ai, .eps)
Corel Draw Version 12.0 or lower (PC .cdr) Please make sure all fonts are outlined/converted to curves. This insures that your entire fonts look as intended.
Raster (.tif, .jpg, .gif, .png, .psd) images are acceptable under the guidelines below but may incur additional clean-up charges.
Images should be at least 300dpi at size.
Adobe Acrobat (.tif, .jpg, .psd) art is acceptable but may incur additional clean-up charges.
IMPORTANT! Notice on low-resolution or "webpage" images.
Low-resolution bitmap (.tif, .bmp, .jpg, .gif) images, such as those taken from websites, etc., are not acceptable and we make no guarantees on the accuracy of any art we re-produce from these types of images.
Once a deposit is secured, then we will provide a proof.If your artwork is complicated and cannot be reproduced in an hour, then you may incur art fees of $30 per hour. We will be happy to quote any artwork in question before the print process begins.
Can I get a screened sample of my design?
Sweet Bros. Graphix offers virtual design samples. This allows you to view your artwork via email before the product is actually printed. If you would rather have the physical sample in hand, then you need to order a minimum order of 12 pieces.
How/When do I pay?
We require 50% down before your order is placed. We do not however print ANYTHING without your approval, so you get to check over everything before it’s processed. The remaining 50% is required at the time of pickup. We accept good personal checks, cash, money order, debit cards, and/or any major credit card. All prices listed include a 3% cash discount. If you choose to pay with credit card, you will lose this cash discount.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order, we have a $50 cancellation fee as well as a 20% restocking fee for ordered garments. All artwork becomes property of Sweet Bros. Graphix and will not be released.
How Fast Will I Get My Shirts?
If you order one of our special 1 color offers your order will be completed in 3-5 business days after art approval. Regular jobs need 5-10 days after art approval.
How Many Colors Can I Use?
Up to 6 colors on color shirts and unlimited colors on white shirts.
How Can I Keep my Cost Down?

If I reorder, do you keep my artwork or screens?
We keep your artwork on file indefinitely. However, we do not keep screens as we are an eco-friendly shop and use retensionable aluminum frames verses wooden frames. This ensures we reuse our screens rather than remake the screens for every order.
Do Larger Sizes Cost More?
Yes. 2XL are $1.00 more. 3XL are $2.00 more. 4XL are $3.00 more. 5XL are $4.00 more. 6XL are $5.00 more.

How Big Can My Image Be?
-Adult Left Chest print area is 4" x 4"
-Adult Full Front and/or Full Back print area is 14"x13"
(Sizes Adult S - Adult 6 XL)
-Youth Left Chest print area is 3" x 3"
-Youth Full Front and/or Full Back print area is 10"x 10"
(Sizes Youth XS - Youth Large)
Do You Print All Over?
Yes but it's limited. Please call for more info.
Can I Print My Image On Multiple Colors?
Sure! There is no additional charge for printing on multiple colors or styles but keep in mind the ink color changes. If we must change an ink color in the middle of your run the charge is $10 per color, per screen.
Do You Do Crazy Cool Stuff Like Foil and Discharge?
Yes. These are priced on a case by case basis so please call for more detailed info.
What Is A Basic Fit Tee?
A basic tee is just as it sounds. It is a retail cut and standard open end fabric. We use Gildan, Hanes, Jerzees, Anvil and Port Authority.
What If I Am A Fashionista And Prefer Thinner, Tighter Tees?
We recommend the Gildan Style number 64000 for cool kids that want to keep cash in their pocket. If you are loaded and price is no object then you can buy American Apparel. We also sell a full line of Alternative, Kavio, Bella, Next Level, Pima, and Alstyle as well as many others that fit the needs of the discriminating tastes of the Fashionista.
